One of the challenges homeowners face when exploring a new construction project, is not knowing how high or low a bid from a contractor will be. Nothing is more frustrating than expecting to pay a reasonable figure for a service, but being asked to pay two arms and a leg!
With our Standard Pergola Pricing option - we aim to provide a much simpler experience, providing as much price transparency as possible to the homeowner. See below for more details.
What is a "Standard" Pergola?
We define a Standard Pergola as our own "cookie-cutter" design. It is an incredibly simple, cost effective design, that takes little time to install in comparison to more complex, custom projects. These Pergolas still require a site visit, as we need to inspect the area and take accurate measurements to provide the best possible service to you.
We offer 2 different styles of our Standard line - Standard Basic, & Standard Luxury. You can find additional details regarding these two styles in the pricing details at the bottom of the page.
**Other important details to note**
These pergolas will require that the building site (patio or other concrete pad, even a deck in certain cases) be in proper condition. This means that it must be within the level allowance, and must properly fit the footprint dimensions of the structure.
If the building site does not meet these specs, and requires additional site prep, a Custom Pergola quote will be required.
